Choco Cherry afghan

Since my pink camo ripple is almost finished I decided to start another afghan using RHSS Choco Cherry, Buff and Coffee. I wanted to do a six-sided granny but it curled up too much so I'm using groups of 2 dc instead.

Ladybug

Here's a picture of my little Ladybug wearing a new sweater I crocheted for her. She doesn't seem to like it very much.

James' afghan

This is an afghan I've been working on for a little while now. As you can see, not much has been done. I'm always putting it aside to work on other things. I think maybe when I'm done with my pink camo ripple I need to get down to business and finish it. Before I know it, James will be too big for it. The yarn I'm using is a new yarn from Joann Fabrics. It's very similar to the old Dazzleaire yarn.

Here's an updated photo - oh, and I forgot to mention that the skein of yarn pictured is a big 11 ounces.

Crazy for pink camo

I love this pink camo from Bernat. It's so soft and pretty. Last night I crocheted this "one-skein scarf" from "The Happy Hooker" book - I love it. Very easy to make. When I was almost done crocheting it the thought entered my mind to make a crochet hook handle. I love that, too. I'm still working on my pink camo round ripple - got about 10 more rows done on it from the picture that is posted.

Dishcloth & potholder

I'm working on this set of potholders and dishcloth for my daughter, Erica. I'll be making another potholder tonight. Yes, her kitchen is pink. She love's it - I love it - I wish I could do my kitchen in pink but my husband and son ruled me out on that one. Darn......

Pink camo round ripple

After searching all over for the pink camo yarn I finally got it from Herrschners and from a seller on Ebay. I started working on the round ripple afghan 2 nights ago. I'm also using RHSS in baby pink and light raspberry. The light raspberry is a little dark but it's OK.

New old couch

I've had this couch for years (it's in my family room) - I got it from my sister - who got it from - who got it from. You can tell it is probably from the seventies. It finally hit me to recover it. I don't know why it took me so long to figure that out. I've recovered the coffee table cushions with the stripe and I'm going to recover the couch with dark brown. No matter how it turns out - it will look better. Don't you agree?

This is what I have done so far. I ran out of the fabric so probably Wednesday I will go and get some more.
