I made a few more crochet hooks yesterday. I like the black, grey & white one the best. They're for sale on Ebay so if you're interested, please take a look.
** There is a vast amount of crochet patterns published both in print and on the internet, and although all of my patterns come from my imagination and are written down as I crochet the item, if you believe that any of my patterns resemble someone else's pattern, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can leave me a comment here on my blog. If my pattern was created after the one in question - it will be removed. Thank you. :) **

I started a fun fur afghan for myself last night. I bought 14 skeins of Lion Brand fun fur fun stripes at the $ store. I'm using 1 strand of the fun fur with 1 strand of a very thin acrylic I bought on Ebay. If I hadn't bought the fun fur at the $ store I wouldn't be making this afghan - fun fur is around $5.99 each skein at regular craft stores.
Here's an updated photo of my afghan - it is 33" square.

I've completed 2 new purses - I think that will be all for a little while. The purse on the left has bobbles along the top and is worked with 1 strand of baby pink and 1 strand of a light blue, rose, and white variegated. The purse on the right is a version of the blue magic ball purse, only worked in pink. I've started working on a granny ripple afghan so that should take me a couple of weeks.

Here's a picture of my blue "magic ball" shoulder bag. It took me a few nights to make it. I like the style a little better than my 1st pink "magic ball" purse - shoulder straps are better for me - so I started a pink shoulder bag last night. I'm having fun.

The idea for this purse came from a Crochetville member by the name of Fiddleyarn. I used 1 strand of RHSS baby pink with a "magic ball" of scrap pink yarns - I used an L hook. The beads were also her idea. The beads are polymer clay and were purchased from various sellers on Ebay.
