Glor from Crochet Galore - http://glor-crochetgalore.blogspot.com/ - is hosting a thread doily crochet-along. Hop on over to her blog to check it out and join in - it'll be fun. I've started mine this morning. :)
How fun! I love doilies and admire people who do thread crochet, but I won't put my eyes through it. They don't like straining that hard anymore - too tiny for me, but I enjoy looking at them!
Hi Debi, sorry about row 3 ... could you please try this and let me know ... chain 3, double crochet in same st as ch 3, *double crochet in next two stitches, 2 double crochet in next stitch*, do this around ending with 2 double crochets in stitch, this should come out to 26. ... thanks...gloria
ps...The picture on your blog wasn't showing before, how color coordinated you are with hook and yarn. The hook is absolutely beautiful. This must be one you made? Gorgeous!
Thanks for taking the time to leave a message - it always puts a smile on my face. If you have a question - post it here and check back - I will always answer you. :)
Oooooh - this sounds worth looking into. Thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteOh, bother! I don't know if it is blogger getting the hiccups, but the link isn't working at the moment. Will try again later.

ReplyDeleteThanks glor. I ended up looking at your picture on your blog and figured out what to do.
ReplyDeleteYes I made my crochet hook handle - I can't crochet without them. :)
Dear Debi,
ReplyDeleteI have a question. From where you have this beautiful crochet hook in the Photo? Just great!
Enjoy the Crochet Along and have Fun.
Many Greetings from Germany,
Marion
Thanks Marion. I made the crochet hook handle with Sculpey polymer clay. :)
