First, a new board is open for 'The Crochet Way'.

Second, I'd like to show you baby blankie #7b. I crocheted this blankie with 1 strand of a thin, sparkley cone yarn that I had bought from the thrift store, and 1 strand of the Pound of Love yarn that Neicee gifted to me. I used a 'J' hook.
I love working round ripples, they're so quick and easy. You can find the pattern link over on the right sidebar. :)

Wow! You're so quick! And every time is lovely again. Great job!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a while since you've posted the last round ripple blankie, I think. I like this one, it's got a completely different look when worked with only one color - and a very nice color, in fact :)
ReplyDeleteWow...love the way that one came out!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Debi. This is one of my favorites to make.
ReplyDeleteCute! Love the color! :)
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful blankie!!
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Debi, I like the two colors mixed together; it gives if a pretty blue tweed look. Happy Labor Day and thanks for posting The Crochet Way, I enjoy looking at everyone's work. :-)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love a round ripple! Glad you put it too good use!
ReplyDeleteYour rugs are always beautifully crocheted :))
ReplyDeleteAnother gorgeous ripple - love the colour too.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that blue color and it looks so warm and snuggly soft. Very nice blanket for a lucky little one ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind words on my blog regarding Mr. Bloomers. I appreciate it.
Love,
Doris (and Gizzy)
Very pretty! I love how it looks when two great strands are combined.
ReplyDeleteOh that looks lovely, really effective. Pretty colour as well. About how long does a ripple take you generally Debi? I just ask because you seem SO quick!
ReplyDelete:)
Thanks ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteKim - it takes a couple of weeks of evening crocheting to get a round ripple done.
Wow! This is beautiful! I love the colors!
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy. :)
