~ Two on Tuesday ~

                                                   ~~join me if you'd like~~

Two things that make me happy:

* being called 'young lady' by an older gentleman at the grocery store - (that made me smile)

* all my blogging friends.  No one in my family or any of my friends crochets so I'm very fortunate to have you guys to share with.  I also love all the comments you are kind enough to leave me - makes me feel happy.  :)

  1. No one in my family (nor my friends) crochet either, so I am very pelased with the world wide web as well ;-) On the plus side: everyone is in awe when I crochet something (even if it's really simple). Ha!

  4. I'm in the same boat and appreciate that you put it into words! None of my family or friends crochet and tend to not realize just how much time and thought goes into a project or the artistic aspects of crochet. That's exactly why I love crocheting bloggers! I visit you each time you post and I appreciate your sharing your projects and ideas.

  7. Thank you for your blog. I have always loved crafting and after learning to crochet in Feb I was in the same boat as you. I had found something I loved but had no one to share it with. I have now found a worldwide family that make me feel part of something!

  9. Happy holidays to you. I never tried so many different crochet projects until I started blogging. Now I can actually read some (not all) patterns. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. I have a few friends that do craft, knit, crochet -- but not everyone appreciates like we bloggers do. Blessings for the new year, Tammy

  10. Glad to be of service. :)

While I have a few friends and family members that knit and crochet it's nice to be able to share with others also, plus I think I can learn far more from my internet friends than I'm ever likely to learn from local friends, and then I can pass on what I've learnt.

  12. I also have no crocheters in my family or by my friends. I'm an exotic (lol) and there is no great understanding when I thought to myself "how do I do what" doing.
One more reason why I love all the nice and helpful bloggers - and you and your Blog, in particular!
I wish you a beautiful Day,
    Marion
