Looking good! I read all of the comments about starting a shop from the previous post. I would love to sell my work, not patterns. Any idea other than Etsy? It seems like there are a lot of people already with crochet work.
Thanks Charlotte. :)Maybe you can try Ebay. I really don't have any good ideas and I'm not really getting many comments on that post. I guess I'll just have to do alot of thinking and figuring out on my own.
Oh how beautiful, very sophisticatedKindly regards Kerstin
Thank you Kerstin. :)
I'm not sure if I read the post about selling on Etsy or not, but I started my Etsy shop over a year ago and didn't sell a single thing. I've recently started writing some of my own patterns and I've sold two in the last month or so, but that is all I have ever sold. :-/ I have been very successful selling on Facebook though. I created a Facebook page (facebook.com/4hankinscrochet) and after participating in some giveaways with larger pages, I finally got a pretty large fan base that keeps me busy. Good luck ladies. :)Oh and I LOOOOOOVE that table mat!! Did you make it up yourself?? I would love to make one!
Hi Kristin - thank you very much for the information. :)Yes, I made up the pattern for the table mat. I'm thinking I'm going to use this pattern as a test for seeing how something will sell.
I'd buy! P.S. It occurred to me today to "pin" some of my patterns on Pinterest and right away a lot of them got repinned several times. I think that's a good way to get more attention. :)
Debi, I love, love, love this! Gorgeous! I want one!

Wanted to purchase this pattern but there is no link to purchase anywhere on the page.
Hi Sue. Up at the top, under the header, you will find the page called 'patterns for sale' - click on that and it will take you to the page where you can buy the pattern. Thank you so much. :)
Thanks for taking the time to leave a message - it always puts a smile on my face. If you have a question - post it here and check back - I will always answer you. :)
