I finished this blankie up a couple nights ago, and let me tell you I was glad about that. For some reason, I just did not like working on this blankie. It was all I could do just to finish it.
It measures 32" across and I crocheted it with Loops & Threads Impeccable white and the other two are from mill-end bags (which I believe are Hobby Lobby's 'I Love This Yarn!') that I bought from AC Moore.
Thanks for stopping by - have a great day. :)
This blankie looks awesome. Look at the lovely colors. I finished mine too but did not let get that big. right now its on my couch as decoration lol

ReplyDeleteWhat a shame you didn't liked to make this one, I like it very much! Such beautiful colours and a lovely pattern!
ReplyDeleteHi Debi, the colours are beautiful. It's horrible when you don't enjoy making something, isn't it? I usually just put it away so well done for finishing it. It looks lovely xxx
ReplyDeleteDebi: I know what you mean some patterns just dont do it for me. But it is so pretty somebaby will be snuggled up in it!
ReplyDeleteThanks very much ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I know the feeling about making something that just doesn't 'grab' you. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt looks really great--the color, style and workmanship. Looking forward to seeing what's next on your hook.

What a cheery blanket! I love it! I am so glad you finished it!
ReplyDeleteMy crochet has been on the back burner lately as I get our yard ready for my daughter's high school graduation party. Lots and lots of gardening and mulching. But I haven't forgotten about the giggles yarn. I have enough to pass on and will do that very soon.
Cynthia
so pretty! What pattern did you use?
ReplyDeleteThanks Holly Louise - the pattern is just something I did. :)
DeleteThanks ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine you didn't like it - it's so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about my hex blanket. I have 2 more rows to add and need to make 2 more hex motifs. I told my husband last evening that I will be so glad to be done with it. I will still have to add a border around the entire thing but at least I know I am on the final laps. I think your blanket is lovely. I love the colors and the way you arranged them.
ReplyDeleteSusanne :)
