That's all we can try to do. :)
p.s. this was on the gift bag that my gifts came in from Erica.

I crafted aother thread holder - this one is double. These thread holders work best with cones - I had to add a toilet paper roll to the inside of the knit-cro-sheen to help protect the thread. I still like it though - keeps the thread from bouncing around.

I think it is a great idea and two is even better, Nice idea on the using those toilet paper holders...I'm trying to think how I would do a hank of yarn, maybe I could start the wrap on the toilet paper holder and then spin it all on...hmmmm ~~Dacraftylady~~

Great idea. Looking forward to seeing what you're making.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! Really clever yarn holder. Sure beats having the skein roll onto the floor - especially when you have a fluffy, shedding dog like mine!

Thanks ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteLove your thread holder. I use a lot of cotton and this would be really handy for me.
ReplyDeleteI found your blog on "little orphan skein". I am really enjoying it and have started wading through the posts from the beginning!
