Good morning Debi. Just wanted to stop by and say I love thread, all kinds. Love the idea that you started a spot for people to show off the things they have created/made. Liked that cute gingerbread scarf too. Was that your own design? You are so talented to be able to create so many nice things. I am a better follower than someone who is able to make up patterns. I suppose if I sat long enough to play around with some yarn or thread I could do it. Just seems like I lack the patience anymore to even try that. Have a good weekend my friend. (((HUGS))) Susanne :)
Hi Susanne - glad you stopped by. I know that most crocheters also work other crafts, so I thought the crafty link blog would be a good idea. The gingerbread boy scarf pattern is one of mine - the link to the pattern is on top of the picture. You have a good weekend too. :)
I wish I had the eyes to work with thread. I have a doily here I started oh, about 3 years ago and all it needs is the final round but I grew frustrated and put it aside. This picture reminds me that I should spend a little time squinting and just get it done! ;)
Thanks for taking the time to leave a message - it always puts a smile on my face. If you have a question - post it here and check back - I will always answer you. :)

DeleteHey that's pretty smart using pvc pipe for your thread! :o)
ReplyDeleteAnd - you gave me an idea: a big glass (see through) bowl in which to keep the thread! Thanks, Debi and keep up the good work!
