~ baby blankie 4c (ferris wheel) & a threads giveaway ~

Ferris Wheel
Finally finished this baby blankie last night.  Jeez - it felt like it was taking forever.  I tried to keep the pattern flat, but towards the end it got a little ruffley.  Oh well.  It measures 32" across and I crocheted it with Red Heart Super Saver and Loops & Threads Impeccable yarns.

**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**

I went through some fancy threads that I had bought off of Ebay quite a while back and these are what I don't need.  Some are sparkly, some are shiney, some are plain.  Most of these threads have been opened and used a little - there's only about 4 that haven't been.  If you are interested in a chance to win these threads, be a follower of my blog and leave a comment on this post only - I will draw a name on Monday morning 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.  I'm very sorry to have to say that this giveaway will have to be for the U.S. only.

Thanks for dropping by to see me - good luck to you.  :)

  12. Beautiful blanket and my next baby blanket is going to be round. Tired of making square/rectangular ones. Who wouldn't want to have your beautiful threads. Don't know how you can give them up. Please enter me in drawing. Thanks.

  13. The baby blanket is sweet. I haven't made a round one yet but can imagine that the last rows would be the longest rounds of all. I'm still making baby blankets too and found some pretty yarn tucked away and now working on another. I think I will save your square in a square for my knitting worsted weight yarn. I can see all kinds of color combos in my scraps....will I ever get all my scraps used up? LOL. Love for a chance to win your lovely threads. Hope you are staying cool Debi. It sure is a scorcher out there.

  27. Love the design. I crochet for a baby charity, and have gotten bored with the 3 x 3 foot square blankets. Nice to see something a little different. Looks like a good way to use up all the single left over balls of yarn that I have.
