~ Two on Tuesday ~

Two things that make me smile:

*  coming home after a few days at the campground.  I love the campground, but it's always good to be home.

(found this cool looking totem pole in one of the other Glens)

(I almost stepped on this tiny little fella - look down a little under Vince's hand)

*  watching my dogs eat peanut butter - the face they make is hilarious.  The reason I'm giving them peanut butter is because Tex is on medication for a bad allergic reaction and that is the only way he will take his pills - and of course I have to give Ladybug some peanut butter too or she will feel left out.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I did a little crocheting while I was at the campground - motifs for a baby blanket and a placemat.  I'll probably post the pattern for the placemat in a couple of days.
Thanks for dropping by.  :)
    1. Hi SB. We have a trailer on our camping lot - so that's good for me. I don't think I'd go if we had a tent. It's too hot for that. You can look at this post to see our campsite:
    2. wow I love it..I would definitely camp like that if I had one of those. Yea i weary about the bathroom too. All these strange bugs crawling. I will not shower alone lol. I wonder does the trailer have a built in private shower lol..I know its not camping if its that way lol...I am one of those women that has to have everything at my disposal LOL.
    3. Our trailer did have a bathroom at one point before we bought it, but my husband took out the toilet and the shower because they were both gross and broken. We decided not to fix them since the bath-house is right across the street from the trailer. :)
    1. It's very similar - but a little different. I bought the variegated green from Herrschners online - it's called 'Herrschners Worsted Weight' and the color is 'leaf delight'. :)
  6. Is that orange and white variegated on the place mat? What brand? I have never seen that before. It's beautiful.
  9. That itty bitty frog was so cute. Are you enjoying the weather at the campgrounds or is it so hot? We are having a bit of a break, but weatherman says more hot weather is on the way. I don't know about everyone else but I think I am ready for fall. You are like me, where ever I go I take along my yarn and a hook too. Love the things you are crocheting. I don't know why what everyone else is doing seems to be more interesting than what I am doing at the moment. Guess I just want to do it all, lol
    1. Hi Susanne. We had a nice time at the campground. It was quite hot, but with the A/C on in the trailer and the fan on the porch, it was bearable. :)
