~ stuff ~

Uh oh - I hope I didn't offend anyone yesterday by posting the 'Substitute Teacher' video.  I've only received 3 comments, so I'm kind of thinking I did.  If I did - I apologize.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A lot of bloggers keep talking about the Google Reader going away on July 1st.  Well I'm kind of confused - my Google Reader has been gone for about a week now.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I crocheted a couple towel toppers for my kitchen.  This time I used dishcloths instead of using a dish towel cut in half.  It was so much easier - no raw edges to mess with.  I sewed the blanket stitch - started crocheting, and before I knew it - I was finished.  It's such a simple, but necessary project.

Thanks for dropping by ladies - I hope ya'll enjoy your day.  :)

    1. Hi Charlotte. The Reader List will still be there - it's just the Google Reader that's going away. :)

    2. Feedly is a good free alternative to Google Rader. Use your google login with them and they will set up your account based on your current google settings. I've been using it for about a year.

  5. Lovely towel toppers, Debi! :) Do you have to button up the crochet loops for hanging? Or are they just for show?

    1. Thanks Preeti. Yes, you have to put the top thru the fridge handle and then button it with the small loop at the very top. :)

  6. I don't really see what the problem is and why everyone is worrying, I never use google reader anyway, the reader list is just as good in my opinion. I'm sure you didn't offend anyone Debi, it is hard trying to find something that is politically correct because nearly all jokes, video's etc. have something in them that may offend, I find it hard to choose when I do the monday smile and just hope that everyone will take it in the way that it is intended, we only want to bring some sunshine into peoples lives. I like your towel toppers such a clever idea :)
