~ Two on Tuesday (on a Wednesday) ~

I know I've been lazy with these posts - I'm just gonna pretend that today is Tuesday.  :)

Two things that make me smile:

* my favorite daughter Erica and I went to Joann Fabrics Monday night - I picked up 3 skeins of beige Vanna's Choice, 1 skein of lavender Bernat Waverly Baby (which were marked down to $1.97 each skein), and 3 skeins of Red Heart Team Spirit in royal/white.  When we went to check-out, my favorite daughter paid for my yarn.  I love her.  :)

(p.s. I only have one daughter - that's why she's my favorite daughter.  I also have one son - and yes, you guessed it - he's my favorite son).

* yarn, yarn, yarn, yarn, and more yarn.

  1. That was so sweet of your daughter. Hope mine grow up to be that thoughtful. Please tell your nephew that I THANK HIM for his service to our country. He is a brave soul. May God Bless Him Always and Keep him safe!

And I understand about posting; with the weather warming up I just wanna be outside. I'm also in the "Ain't nobody got time for that" mood!

    You made me laugh...thanks...:)

  7. I thought of asking you few days back about these missing Tuesday posts. How nice you both stay at same place and go shopping together :) Raj was in San Francisco and I wasn't aware about the stores there so asked him to go to Joann store there. Will soon share what I got. Anshita's school is starting from tomorrow so quite busy to take pictures. I have to wait for my daughter to grow up and pay my crafty bills, until then Raj will pay ;)

  12. Had to giggle a bit about your "favorite daughter" and "favorite son" thing. I have 2 sons and when I'd take them individually to get happy meals, I'd caution not to tell the other brother about going out to eat and the son of the moment was my favorite oldest/youngest son. Favorite younger son still laughs over it.

  13. So good to stop by and see what you have been doing Debi. Yeah, guess you have noticed I was off the scene for several weeks. I didn't go into the nightmare of my internet woes (with the provider) in my post, but believe me, I was ready to yank out my hair, and then a stubborn streak took over and I decided as soon as the 24 month contract was over I was done with them. That is why I was gone for longer than I planned, but I was NOT paying $400 to get out of a contract when I only had 1 more week to go with them. Anyways, I hope to post a bit more often, it surely won't be as long as the last one was written. I was on here Thursday night till 3am Friday, just trying to catch up a bit and my eyes kept closing and I finally gave up and went to bed only to be up by 7:30 and out mowing by 9:30....My intention was to go to bed after reading your posts. I won't bore you with anymore. Hope all is well with you. I plan to trap my ground hog tomorrow. I sure hope I do not get a skunk in the trap!
    As always, Susanne ♥
