~ baby blankies ~

Look what Debbie from 'Fresh Off My Hook' sent me - 4 beautiful little baby blankies for the guardian grandmas project.  Thank you very much Debbie.  :)

--a little side note:  I opened the box and started taking the blankies out.  I said to Vince - "look at these baby blankies - aren't they cute?"  He jokingly said to me "are you pregnant?"  I seriously said to him "are you still alive?"  He said "yes", so I said "then no, I'm not pregnant."  We both laughed.  :)

  13. Blogger friends are the best, always willing to give and be a part of something special and expecting nothing in return but to know that someone will be made happy by these gifts. I sent my package yesterday, Priority Mail, so hopefully it should arrive in the next couple of days. You and your hubby sound a lot like my husband and I when we would joke around. He was always interested in what I was doing, he was my best critic. His opinion was so important to me. Most evenings were spent chatting with each other, me working on some sort of project and him eventually falling asleep in his recliner. I miss that. Always keep your sense of humor. It is one of the threads that holds a marriage together. Love you friend.
