What a fun project Debi, I love all the colors; it's a happy blanket. :-) Are you making it to keep at camp? You may have said in an earlier post. Hope you are having a great day. Heather
Your blanket looks beautiful. Great idea for using up the odd balls of variegated yarn. I'm a big fan of the JAYG method but haven't as yet tried this one. xox
Oops! I thought you had finished this blanket when you last posted on it, lol. It sure is coming along and looking great. I have mixed variegated yarns in my scrappy blankets but never used them alone for an entire project. I really like this idea and I love how you are joining them. I'm sure gonna have to try that method in the future. (((HUGS))) Susanne :)
Hi Debi, Your blanket is gorgeous! I've never tried using all variegated yarns in my granny square afghans but after watching your VOPS come to life, I am definitely going to try it. You have the neatest blog and I enjoy reading it so much. Keep up the good work and hope to see the finish blanket when completed. BTW: I'm glad you are keeping this one for you! Bobbie :)
It is looking so very different, the way you have used the yarn is fabulous :)) I do love the joining method it gives the rug a Lacey look :)) hugs pat :))
Thanks for taking the time to leave a message - it always puts a smile on my face. If you have a question - post it here and check back - I will always answer you. :)

ReplyDeleteThank you Heather. No - this blanket is for me at home, not the campground. I hope you're having a great day too. :)
