~ bits & pieces #8 ~

Here's a picture of the progress I've made with my poncho.  I know - it's not much.

this is the mystery yarn I'm using.

A really dusty bird flew into one of the front windows and left a very interesting print.  I hope you can see it.
Don't worry - he must not of been hurt because he wasn't there when I went out on the porch.

This is crazy Ladybug taking a nap.  That's gotta be uncomfortable.

This car's alarm kept beeping at me.
I pull up and open the door -
beep, beep, beep, beep, beep
I get out and close the door -
beep, beep, beep, beep, beep
I walk in front of it -
beep, beep, beep, beep, beep
It did the same thing when I came back.
The alarm is way too sensitive.
Ridiculous.
Also - maybe they should of spent some of that tire rim money on some parking lessons.
Just saying.

Have a great day.  :)

  1. Your shawl is coming along nicely. Love the hat your gal-pal is wearing, very cute. Funny about the car, they must really not want anyone to get close to the car (or what they may have hiding inside it). Have a great day. Heather

  2. The poncho is coming on great Debi and I just love that hat. That's a very interesting print on your window, I hope the bird wasn't hurt, it must have really banged into the window to make a print like that. :)

  4. Your shawl is looking great, and I love the hat your model is wearing! :) I had a bird fly into a window yesterday, but it didn't make out so well. Found it on my porch. Poor little bugger. It was a Yellow Rumped Warbler.

    1. Hi Preeti. It's the yarn I bought at AC Moore that came in a mill-ends bag - there is no brand name on it. :)

  7. Aren't dogs funny? They sometimes sleep in what look to be the most uncomfortable positions. Ladybug made me chuckle! I'm glad Spencer isn't the only one with a toy box...Ladybug looks like she's got plenty to keep her amused! X
