~ bits & pieces #4 ~

Trying to make a teddy bear bib last night - I don't think it worked.  Bobby said that I should make his ears bigger.  What do you think?
p.s. this is the back of a teddy bear.

Just playing around with my polymer clay.

These are the 'guardian grandmas' donations that I have bagged and carded.  There are a few more bags in the back of my car.

Have a good day ladies.  :)

~ 6 rows done and bits & pieces #3 ~

(this is not the bus - just a picture my husband took)

Note to anyone who wants to try to pass a Metro bus on the right when the bus is making a right hand turn - DON'T DO IT!!
My husband squished a car yesterday.
It was not my husband's fault - the car driver was charged by police.
One lane means one vehicle.
Sometimes I wonder about people.

p.s. my husband is Body Shop lead man, but also does mechanical work.  He was heading back to the shop after a test drive.

~ 'guardian grandmas' donation from Ms. Luna plus bits & pieces #2 ~

Thank you, thank you Ms. Luna for your generous donation of 22 precious little baby hats.  They are adorable.  I especially love the little pointy ones - so cute.  ♥

Thinking of crocheting a blanket with just white & off white yarns.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I called in my dogs one day.  Tex came in, but Ladybug didn't, so I went looking for her.
I couldn't find her.
I called her name.
Then I whistled.
There she is.  Looks like I disturbed her sleep.
Ladybug likes to dig holes and then lay in them.  Drives us crazy.
~ Hello ladies ~
I'm back from the campground.  We sure did have fun.  Well, except for the working parts.  Laura and I defrosted the freezer, covered a small leak on the roof of the trailer, replaced the shower curtain rings in the ladies bathhouse, and washed the golf cart.
I did get some crocheting done.  I made baby bibs and bottle covers.
Our great-niece Kelsey, her best friend Hannah, and our niece Sabrina stayed with me and my sister Laura, and we enjoyed having them with us.  I think they enjoyed staying with us too.  Kelsey even told me and Laura that we were "cooler than what we looked."  We laughed so much at that.  :)
And lastly, we roamed around the campground on the golf carts.  It's so much fun.
I can't wait to go back.  :)
Look at this beautiful baby blanket that Heather from 'At Home on the Meadow' sent for the 'guardian grandmas'.  I just love it.  The colors are so bright and pretty - I'm sure a new Mom will love it too for her baby girl.
Thank you so much Heather - I appreciate all that you do for the 'guardian grandmas'.  ♥
~ a few days at the campground ~
We took a lot of golf cart rides - Vince and the boys went swimming - and we played mini golf once, but I forgot to take pictures.  I crocheted a few squares for my VOPS blanket.
