***Debi Y's pattern***
Wow looks easy to do. I am going to try this later on today:) Thanks for the tutorial Deb:)Did you have a good Easter?
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes, I had a nice Easter - just home with the family. I hope you had a nice Easter too. :)
DeleteI sure did:)We went out to dinner with friends and had a blast:)
DeleteDear Debi, Thank you very much for the pattern. So now I can try to make as I understood well. I can make a baby blanket with your rectangles.. Good idea.. Thank you very much..
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Beck - if you have any problems, just let me know and I'll try to help you. :)
DeleteVery pretty Debi. I'll be using this one.
ReplyDeleteThank you glor. :)
DeleteVery nice things you crochet, Debi! Enlarged this could also become a type of rectangular doily or tablerunner.
ReplyDeleteThinks you often... even when not always looking at your blog, Debi!
Dear crochet-thoughts to you!
Thank you Lia - that's very sweet. :)
DeleteThanks Debi! I actually had printed out another one similar to this and it's in my stack at home. A large one of these will make a nice hot pad.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. :)
DeleteI like it, will make a pretty blanket. Are you doing another baby one?
ReplyDeleteWhatever you do with them it will be lovely. Have a good hooky week!
Susanne :)
Thanks Susanne - I'm working on a baby blankie now with the medium rectangle. :)
DeleteA very nice rectangle Debi, and what a cute Bunny!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have had a pleasant Easter! Pouring of rain here in the UK!
Love and best wishes Suex
Thanks for this post, I want to do my o wn version of the Babette Blanket, but I know it will not come out even so I will need rectanguular fillers and this will be perfect.
ReplyDeleteHi Debi,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the rectangle patterns. I wondered if you were working on them. And thank you for the cute bunny one yesterday. I hope you had a wonderful Easter with your family.
Have a great week.
Kate
Thanks ladies. :)
ReplyDeleteHello Debi thought I'll let you know the square I sent you came back today so I have to resend it this week sorry.
ReplyDeleteNo worries Rob - I'll keep an eye out for it. :)
Deleteanother gorgeous one! thanks Debi!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to try this, but I am having trouble reading your font :(
ReplyDeleteToo bad too, because I love this pattern.
Hi Stace. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the font. It's one of the plainest fonts they have, so I'm not sure what I can do about that. :)
DeleteCould you comment on the possibility of just keeping adding rounds to make a rectangular baby afghan or even a full sized. Would need to know the increases for each round. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHello there. All you need to do is continue to crochet a solid dc round and then a dc, ch 1 round. I'm not sure exactly about the increase amounts. I'll crochet a larger rectangle and see how they work out. I'll let you know. :)
DeleteThank you for the pattern, how many rectangles do I need to complete the medium blanket
ReplyDeleteThank you
This little blanket measures 24" x 35". Just add more rectangles to make bigger.

I love your blog and this pattern. rectangle. Nice and lacy. Thank you for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteHello I have a pattern that I want to do. But it says on round 8 to honeydew in the first stitch. I am trying to figure out if it is a typo or if it is a technique that I don't know about. Any help would be great?
ReplyDeleteThank you in advance
Hi Jessica. Sounds to me like a typo - I've never heard of a 'honeydew' stitch. What pattern are you working on?
DeleteThis pattern is soooo nice. If I keep on going with the last row of dcs, can I do this ?
ReplyDeleteHi Janine. Just keep alternating the rounds of {dc, ch 1} and the solid dc's, and it will be as large as you would like it to be. :)
DeleteI had a favorite rectangle granny start that was a little complicated. This one from you is the easiest start I've ever seen! Thank YOU!!! :)
