Finished this project today. It's a simple (dc, sc) pattern made with Red Heart Super Saver in light raspberry with an I hook. I also have a strip of non-slip shelf liner glued to the underside of the piece. Very cushy.
Here is a picture of me sportin' my new pink poncho I finished last night. It's crocheted with Red Heart Jeweltones and a J hook. The pattern is a simple - dc, ch 1, dc -. I think I need to soften this one up by throwing it in the dryer for a few minutes. Turns out, I love wearing these poncho's - keeps me warm at work.
Hello all - made another watch band. This one is also made with Red Heart Jeweltones (black star) and a G hook. You can't see the pattern but it is crocheted the same as the other watch bands - (sc, dc).
Here's a couple of pictures of a tiny baby doll carrier I made last night. It's made out of a Pringle's single serve plastic container and I used Red Heart Jeweltones in pink. Punching the holes with a hole punch was the hardest part.
Morning everyone - here is a picture of my latest projects. The purple purse is crocheted with Red Heart Jeweltones along with 1 strand of Bernat Boa for the top front. I think I will line this one with some purple panne I bought from Joann's remnant bin.
The watchband is also crocheted with Red Heart Jeweltones in turquoise. It only took about 30 minutes to make - very quick and easy. I bought some large snaps at Joann's so I will sew them on today.
I finally finished my black poncho a couple of days ago. This was an easy project to do but it certainly wasn't fast (which it should of been). The pattern is simply 2 rectangles made with *dc, ch 1, dc*. With it being so dark it was hard for me to see at night so quite a few times I woke up with a headache the next morning (I guess from overworking my eyes) - and also with me working part-time now my crochet time has been seriously compromised. I don't like that - but what can you do?
