William spent the night with us Sunday and on Monday he decided to make me a present. He did really well and I am very proud of him. I will treasure my crochet hook for as long as I live.

Round ripple baby blanket
I just recently finished this round ripple baby blanket for a "niece" - Jessi Dolan - she's not really a niece by blood - just a niece because her family has been friends with our family from day 1. She's having a boy - that's why the blanket has a section of blue and why I am typing this in blue. :)
I crocheted this blanket with Red Heart Jeweltones and Red Heart Sparkling (discontinued yarns - I wish the Red Heart company would bring them back) using a "J" hook.
