Adorable! Thanks for the pattern, Debi :-)

ReplyDeleteSo cute, thank you for sharing your pattern. Think I will make a few to add to my hat stash to take to the shelter in November. Thanks again.

Cute! :)
ReplyDeleteMy hat is a large flat pancake. I keep rereading the instructions. Please help me fgure out where I went wrong.
ReplyDeleteHi. The first 6 rnds the hat will lie flat - at the start of rnd 7 there will be no more increases and the hat will cup up. I hope that helps. If not, you can email me a picture of your hat to dlyrs@juno.com
DeleteHow can touch adjust the hat down a size? Do I just take out onto of the increased rows?
ReplyDeleteI think that would work Shontae. :)
DeleteOh what a perfect hat! I'm making chemo hats for my (adult) friend and would love to inject humour where I can. I don't know how big a "10 year old" head is. What would you suggest to increase the size of this hat to fit an adult (bald) head? Thank you SO much!
ReplyDeleteThank you Donna. My 10 year old grandson's head is about the same size as mine (which is 22" around). :)
DeleteAlso - leave off the animal eye and sew on a button instead. The animal eye shank might scratch her head.
